Excellent thought Melanie! You have put up a really thought provoking question in a brief paragraph. I somehow feel like I have asked this question myself while back and the only answer I could get, of course from myslef, is that it is not really possible to act on the belief of karma and rebirth.

You see, karma and rebirth concepts eventually motivates us to include compassion in our life. Now that's a really hard task if anybody is to practice compassion during every single moment of his life, especially in this modern, competitive and selfish society. I actually think that kind of person wouldn't even survive this world; but then I realized that I m actually wrong to say that. His Holiness the Dalai Lama and Mother Teresa are truly the living examples eight in front of our eyes. Now for the people like us, who to a limited extentd understand do understand and follow upon the karma and rebirth are bit better off than those who don't believe at all. Wouldn't you agree we are more compassionate, although we are only sometimes and on selective occasions?

Drive carefully! And try to enjoy this special time of the year. At some point the snow will melt and spring and summer time will be ahaed of us again... It is all in a flow, so try to be attentetive and live in the presence. Even the worst thing contains something good in it - it is just the matter of the perspective.

Being honest generally is good...
But - is honesty always the truth?
Or is it just what exists in one's own mind?
And how about the things that I don't say? For example if I do not want to hurt someone and therefore decide to be quiet instead of saying my honest opinion - does that make my a liar?

Humans are blessed to have the potential to explore that miracle. But we don't and thus suffer. Why not take a small share of our free time to do so?

Hello Everybody

Lets talk about how to fight spyware. Bad news are if some spyware is already at your computer it will be very hard to kill it even using multiple anti-spyware programs. Especially when spyware is something like "Antivirus2009" or Vundo. So my solution is:

1. Use Internet wisely. Around 98% of all computer threats is coming from the Internet. So please: Don't install any screen-savers or "Free" games from untrusted sites. How to find whether the site can be trusted? Install Google Toolbar with PageRank enabled. If PageRank (level of site popularity) is 5 or more then you can trust the site.

Don't hit on the e-mail attachments from the unknown "friends".

2. Use spyware/virus preventing software, since it is much more easier to block new spywares then remove ones that already on your PC. Internet security suite must be installed on your PC. This is software that includes Firewall + Spyware\Virus Blocking, Email Anti-Spam in one box. There are lot of such suites, I found the top ones on this site, check quality ratings: ww.internetsecurity2.com .

Internet security suites provide solid protection and are able to stop around 80% of the threats. However, most of these suites have one lack: weak anti-spyware module. That's why I'm using additional anti-spyware preventing software from company that specializes in this specific sphere. Spybot, Spy Sweeper, products from ParetoLogic with large spyware database: antispamantispy.repairandsecure.com .

Use these advices and you will never be spywared again.

Cheers,
Carl
